Today, July 03, 2021, during the celebration of the Feast of Saint Thomas, the Apostle, at 6 am in Dehon House Community in Quezon City, Fr. Wen Liang was accepted as a postulant of the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Fr. Patrick Gutib, SCJ, on behalf of our PHI Regional Superior, Fr. Lukas Hadi Siswo Sasmito, SCJ, accepted Fr. Liang as a postulant of the Congregation.
Fr. Wen Liang was born in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He was ordained in 2006 as a diocesan priest in China. Now he joins our Congregation and he and his postulant Master will proceed to our Postulancy in Sacred Heart Formation House in Cagayan de Oro when the situation and restrictions of the government permitted.
