On January 9, 2021, the day after the dedication of the new church in Dansolihon, the Chaplaincy Community celebrated its annual Feast of Jesus Nazareno. The main celebrant and homilist was the parish priest of St. Francis Xavier Parish in Cagayan de Oro City, Rev. Fr. Julius B. Clavero, SSJV.
The feast was preceded by a 9-day novena as a spiritual preparation for the main celebration. Each day, there was a special Novena Mass and procession with the little statue of Black Nazarene around the village of Dansolihon.
The celebration was attended by many faithful from all the chapels of the chaplaincy and as usual, it was concluded with a common meal.
