On March 14th,2024, members of the Dehonian Youth Missionaries gathered at Medalla Milagrosa Parish in Talisay, Hilongos, Leyte, to honor the 181st birth anniversary of Fr. Leo John Dehon, founder of the Priests of the Sacred Heart (SCJ). A solemn Eucharistic celebration followed by the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament marked the occasion.

Guided by Fr. Ruel C. Paalisbo, SCJ, the Dehonian Youth created a reverent tribute to Fr. Dehon’s lasting influence. Fr. Paalisbo’s insightful words, filled with wisdom, highlighted Fr. Dehon’s lifelong dedication to spiritual growth, social justice, and the power of love.
