Visit of Archbishop Pagazzi at Dehon House in Manila

On January 31, 2025, the Dehon House community in Manila had the privilege of welcoming Most Rev. Giovanni Cesare Pagazzi, D.D., Archbishop Secretary of the Dicastery for Culture and Education. During his visit, Archbishop Pagazzi presided over the Eucharistic Celebration, marking a moment of grace and communion for the community.

His visit was made possible through the efforts of Fr. Arogya Hruday Pudhota, SCJ, assistant to the Archbishop, and with the support of Fr. Enrico Cada Eusebio, SJ, President of Loyola School of Theology. Their coordination allowed the Archbishop to take time from his schedule to be with the Dehon House community and celebrate the Holy Mass.

The Eucharistic Celebration was attended by members of the Dehon House community, visiting priests, and religious sisters. Among the distinguished guests was Fr. Niño Etulle, SCJ, Regional Superior of the SCJ Philippine Region, who warmly welcomed the Archbishop on behalf of the congregation. Fr. Bala Show Reddy Nekkanti, SCJ, Rector of Dehon House – Manila, expressed deep gratitude for the Archbishop’s visit, recognizing its significance for the community.

Following the Mass, a simple yet meaningful lunch was shared, fostering fraternity and strengthening the bonds within the community. Archbishop Pagazzi’s visit was a source of encouragement and inspiration, leaving a lasting impression on all who were present.
