In today’s Gospel, we see Joseph once again listening to the voice of God in a dream: “Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt.” This command, urgent and unsettling, changes the course of the Holy Family’s life. They become refugees, seeking safety in a foreign land. Yet, through Joseph’s prompt obedience and Mary’s silent trust, the will of God unfolds even amid danger and uncertainty.

Kasanag Daughters Foundation, Inc. celebrates the Feast of the Patron

March 19 is a special day for the Kasanag Daughters Foundation Inc. (KDFI) as it marks the Solemnity of St. Joseph, the foundation’s patron saint. St. Joseph is known as the spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the guardian and protector of the Holy Family, and the patron saint of workers and fathers. Viva St. Joseph!

On December 8, 2020, the 150th anniversary of the declaration of Saint Joseph as Patron of the Universal Church, Pope Francis issued an Apostolic Letter entitled Patris corde (“With a Father’s Heart”).
