Christ is the Good Shepherd who calls His sheep by name. On this Vocation Sunday and eve of the national elections, we are reminded that every vocation and every act of leadership must be rooted in love, truth, and service. The Church needs shepherds, and society needs servant-leaders. May we all have the courage to respond to God’s call and to vote with wisdom and prayer.

Divine Mercy Sunday invites us to reflect on God’s boundless love shown through Christ’s Resurrection. Jesus greets His disciples with peace and tenderly addresses Thomas’s doubts. The glorified Christ in Revelation reminds us that mercy triumphs over all fear. We are called, like the first Christians and Pope Francis, to live this mercy in action. Trusting in Jesus, we become bearers of His healing and compassion.

Easter Sunday: He Is Risen!
On Easter Sunday, we celebrate the heart of our faith: Jesus Christ’s victory over death. Like Mary Magdalene at the empty tomb, we are invited to believe, to rejoice, and to share the good news that Christ is alive. The Resurrection is not just a past event—it is a call to new life, to rise from fear and sin into hope and mission. As we recall local traditions like the Sugat, we are reminded that this joy is meant to be shared. Let us live the Resurrection daily, as witnesses of God’s love, mercy, and victory.
