In Memoriam: Fr. Rico O. Lapinig, SCJ (1976-2024)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our confrere, Fr. Rico O. Lapinig, SCJ. Fr. Rico peacefully passed away on September 8, 2024, at 6:20 AM.
As we grieve the loss of this beloved member of our community, we ask for your prayers for the repose of his soul. May the Sacred Heart of Jesus grant him eternal rest and let perpetual light shine upon him. Please keep Fr. Rico and his family in your prayers.

Fr. Rico was born on March 9, 1976. He made his first profession of vows on May 31, 2002 and was ordained priest on May 14, 2009. Fr. Rico was a beloved confrere, known for his compassion, dedication, and unwavering faith. He served in various assignments, including Kumalarang, Cagayan de Oro, the Novitiate in Lower Lucoban, Dumalinao, Bagong Silang, and Dehon House in Manila. Continue reading
